Mindful Wellbeing and Performance:
This is our recommended introductory programme for individuals, comprising a free taster session and five weekly one-hour sessions. The course covers a range of efficient techniques with practical training guidance. Participants are encouraged to discuss their experiences and to build up a regular practice that can be easily integrated into daily life.
The taster will include experiential practices, discussion and presentation of scientific theory.Practice CD and recorded audio guidance included with the course.
