Introductory Mindfulness Courses for Individuals
This is our recommended introductory programme comprising a free taster session and five weekly one-hour sessions. The course covers a range of efficient mindfulness techniques with practical training guidance. Participants are encouraged to discuss their experiences and to build up a regular meditation practice that can be easily integrated into daily life.
The taster will include experiential practices, discussion and presentation of scientific theory.Practice CD included with the course.
