This is our recommended introductory programme for individuals incorporating six weekly one-hour sessions along with an initial one-hour taster session.
Training combines the practical application of specific mindful tools and techniques with an understanding of the ways in which they work based on current neuroscience.
Practice CD/audio guidance included.
Participants are encouraged to discuss their progress and to build up a regular practice that can be easily integrated into their daily schedule and applied at work and in all areas of life.Fee: £150
